Opportunity
As an earned value analyst, you will support projects from concept to completion, ensuring optimal use of limited resources and keeping the program on a productive path. You will independently develop earned value products that directly support critical and innovative Air Force technologies, review earned value data, assess contract performance and influence successful project execution.
Responsibilities- Develop earned value products to support critical Air Force technologies.
- Review earned value data and assess contract performance with key program stakeholders.
- Communicate findings to influence project decision‑making and maintain quality standards.
- Assess project earned‑value data and generate metrics such as CPI/SPI, variance analyses, and resource projections (FTEs, hours, materials).
- Present data clearly and concisely to support organization goals.
- 3+ years of experience applying Earned Value Management principles consistent with EIA‑748.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualizations.
- Knowledge of Data Item Descriptions (DIDs) and relevant Integrated Program Management reports (IP MDA R, IPMR).
- Ability to present data clearly and concisely.
- Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in aerospace or defense industries.
- Experience with EVM and scheduling tools such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra, OPP, Acumen, and Encore Analytics.
- Experience with Department of Defense acquisition practices and DCMA EVM guidelines.
- Experience with data‑visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is required.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary ranges from $55,300 to $126,000 annualized USD, based on location, education, experience, and contract requirements.
