Position Overview
Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) specializes in the delivery of professional business and information management services. STI-TEC offers government and commercial clients a comprehensive portfolio of services that identify, manage, distribute and improve business processes related to entities' most valued resource, information.
Contractor will conduct all‑source analysis and targeting to identify, monitor, and counter foreign cyber actors threatening AFSOC weapons systems, equipment, critical infrastructure, and information systems.
Essential Job Functions- Threat Identification:
Identify and analyze enemy cyber threats aimed at disrupting AFSOC operations and compromising vital systems, employing advanced intelligence gathering techniques to monitor and assess adversary activity in cyberspace. Monitor threat intelligence sources (e.g., security alerts, warnings) to compile actionable threat intelligence. - TTP Analysis and Recommendations:
Document and analyze malicious actor TTPs and provide strategic recommendations to counter hostile cyber operations. Apply Intelligence Community (IC) standards to analyze all‑source intelligence on current and emerging threats, sharing analysis with AFSOC customers and partners. - Reporting and Briefings:
Deliver timely threat intelligence reports and briefings to inform decision‑makers and support operational planning. Produce routine intelligence assessments and cyber warning assessments to identify and evaluate emerging threats. - Collaboration:
Collaborate with IC, SOF, Air Force, and joint partners to share insights and coordinate responses to emerging cyber threats.
- TS clearance
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, intelligence studies, computer science, or a relevant field
- Graduate of the Air Force Cyber Intelligence Analyst Course (1N4X1) AFSC Awarding Course or service equivalent
- At least three of the following certifications: NET Plus, SEC PLUS, Basic Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA) Job Qualification Requirement (JQR), Certified Ethical Hacking, Pen Test Certification, and Malware Analysis Certification
- Minimum five years of hands‑on experience related to intelligence analysis and production within the last 12 years
- Familiarity with threat modeling frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Cyber Kill Chain, and STRIDE
- Strong analytical skills and excellent executive‑level verbal and written communication skills
- Eligible for a U.S. Government security investigation and meet required clearance requirements
