LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking an eLearning Developer to join our team.
Location:
Hurlburt Field, FL
The eLearning Developer supports the modernization of Special Tactics training through the design, development, and implementation of interactive digital learning products and instructional technologies.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop online learning modules
- Design multimedia instructional products
- Support learning management systems
- Create digital assessments
- Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers
- Ensure courseware meets learning objectives
- Other related duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Education or Psychology
- Minimum five years supporting DoD instructional technology programs
- Experience developing online training solutions
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
- Articulate Storyline experience
- Adobe Captivate experience
- SCORM development experience
- Military training background
