Position Summary:
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking candidates for the Systems Analyst position within the Information Technology (IT) Department.
The Systems Analyst performs duties involving the implementation, maintenance, and development of BCI’s information systems, including modifying computer and network system software, supporting system integrations, and performing other related technical duties to ensure efficient and secure IT operations.
This position works closely with internal departments to support the organization’s mission by ensuring reliable access to technology systems that facilitate client services, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational needs.
The Systems Analyst collaborates with IT staff and end users to analyze system requirements, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and recommend enhancements to improve overall system functionality and user experience.
As a Systems Analyst, your work will directly support the infrastructure that enables critical services across behavioral health, substance use, and criminal justice programs helping ensure staff have the tools they need to serve clients effectively.
You will be encouraged to expand your technical skills, participate in collaborative problem‑solving, and grow within a supportive and mission‑driven environment.
