Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team, focusing on deploying, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms systems to deliver seamless collaboration experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video conferencing, unified communications, and AV technologies, with expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms and excellent technical, communication, and customer service skills.
As a key team member, you will provide tier 3 support for enterprise conference rooms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of AV/VTC systems supporting live events, presentations, and meetings.
