Systems Analyst

Position Summary

Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking candidates for the Systems Analyst position within the Information Technology (IT) Department. The Systems Analyst performs duties involving the implementation, maintenance, and development of BCI's information systems, including modifying computer and network system software, supporting system integrations, and performing other related technical duties to ensure efficient and secure IT operations.

This position works closely with internal departments to support the organization's mission by ensuring reliable access to technology systems that facilitate client services, documentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational needs. The Systems Analyst collaborates with IT staff and end users to analyze system requirements, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and recommend enhancements to improve overall system functionality and user experience. The selected candidate must be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment, supporting multiple priorities, and responding to technical needs across the agency.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage tasks independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
