- Provide technical support to SNC customers to give quick problem assessment and corrections for field units.
- Document all customer interactions and implement or support implementation of hardware, software, or training issue changes according to approved SNC instructions.
- Be punctual to work each day and prepared to work scheduled hours.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel to remote locations worldwide with relatively short notice.
- Perform assigned maintenance tasks with minimal to no supervisory guidance or oversight.
- Follow guidance of shift lead supervisor for daily taskings, expectations, and priorities.
- Be able to frequently travel outside the continental U.S., typically for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 3 or more years of relevant experience.
- A higher-level degree may substitute for experience.
- Ability to understand and interpret basic technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications.
- Progressive experience using troubleshooting techniques.
- Thorough understanding of electrical wiring concepts.
- Current/valid passport and ability to obtain a visa to travel internationally.
- Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessment.
- Must be willing and able to work extended hours, holidays and shift schedules as required.
- A United States Government Security Clearance is required for employment.
