Job Summary

Compensation: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour, bonus eligible. Weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, and paid vacation (subject to eligibility). The role supports the General Manager in coordinating and owning team tasks, ensuring operational excellence and positive customer experience.

• Coordinate day-to-day operations: cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Assist in developing future managers by mentoring and setting the example.
• Adhere to policies and procedures and expect the same from crew.
• Encourage team members, recruit new people.
• Staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, professional appearance, maintain 100% Domino’s image standards, provide excellent customer service and recovery.
• Ensure attendance, punctuality, dependable transportation, store cleanliness and marketing activities.

• Knowledge and ability to train operational tasks.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product correctly at an advanced pace.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean store and equipment daily.
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written.
• Accurate arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, divide and give correct change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid, accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company image standards.

• Deliver product by car to customer door and deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Navigate maps and adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings and private homes while carrying product.

Non‑lifting tasks such as stooping, bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks are performed continuously. Tasks may require forward bending at the waist for 30–45 seconds repeatedly, reaching above 72 in. Frequent use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough, using pizza peel and rolling cutter, together with manipulation of pizza boxes.

Driving includes walking between store and vehicle, delivering multiple orders, and climbing flights of stairs.

Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather when delivering product, driving and couponing. Adequate vision for driving.
