Material Planning Coordinator - Fort Walton FL

Job Description

We are seeking an entry level Material Planning Coordinator / Expeditor to support various production and prototype projects in Fort Walton Beach, FL.

• Contact vendors to ensure that materials, supplies, and equipment are shipped and delivered on promised dates.
• Enter updated information on deliveries in Purchase Order Expedite Notes, communicate delivery issues, and coordinate with material planners, purchasing, engineering, program management, and others as required.
• Maintain records and coordinate return of items to vendors as required.
• Expedite items through the receiving and incoming inspection processes as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Experience expediting materials, procurement, procurement support, materials planning, or manufacturing environment-related work.
• Skills must include Excel, Microsoft Word, and Email.
• Ability to communicate clearly with others utilizing verbal and written skills.

• Defense experience.

Full‑time Salary Range: $32,730 - $52,369. This range is based on our market pay structures. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors, including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
