Job Summary:

Builds, tests, troubleshoots, and performs services and repairs on electronic assemblies, sub-assemblies or systems.

Essential Job Functions
  • Perform diversified test operations and troubleshoot electronic assemblies to component level on printed circuit boards
  • Work effectively with the assembly team to ensure timely shipments
  • Diagnose test failures and coordinate corrective actions
  • Ability to use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters
  • Calibrate electronic test equipment and test stations
  • Ensure all test equipment utilized is in working order and in calibration at all times
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machines and equipment
  • Manage time to meet new production, return schedules and budget
  • Provide accurate and timely status updates to new production and return tracking documents
  • Must be at assigned worksite during assigned hours 100% of time; less PTO, FML/STD/LTD
  • Work with Engineering to develop test procedures and policies as needed
  • Train, mentor and lead junior technicians
  • Assist Engineering personnel developing tests for product in the development phase
  • Other duties may be assigned

Education and Experience
