Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

Gulf Coast Treatment Center – an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for adolescent females, ages 12-18, dedicated to providing quality mental health treatment since 1996.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for our Fort Walton Beach, FL location. The RN will work the 11 p.m.–7 a.m. shift and be available to cover other days/shifts for requested time off. The RN is the primary care coordinator for the interdisciplinary team, responsible for implementing the collaborative care plan as prescribed by the physician(s) and treatment team. The RN provides leadership in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice, medical management and assessment of patients, ensuring environmental safety, and working with the treatment team to maintain a therapeutic milieu.

11 p.m.–7 a.m. shift; availability to cover other days/shifts for requested time off.

• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in a psychiatric health care facility and/or adolescent health care setting preferred.
• Florida RN license.
