RN - Case Management

8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, every other weekend required

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess acute (hospital) case management experience and be knowledgeable in Meditech, Midas, and Interqual.

• Manage patient cases within the hospital setting.
• Coordinate care and ensure effective patient management.
• Apply knowledge of case management tools and methodologies.

• Knowledge of Meditech, Midas, and Interqual.
