The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high‑quality, patient‑centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit during the designated shift. In collaboration with the management team, the CNC directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures, serves as a resource for staff, and models a commitment to the organization’s vision, mission and values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes.

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high‑quality patient‑centered care.
• Participate in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts and managers to create a teamwork environment that supports improved outcomes.
• Support a patient‑first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
• Support the facility’s engagement efforts by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
• Provide recommendations related to interviewing, selecting, and training new staff; recommend and implement courses of action, including training and development, conflict resolution, personnel policy compliance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage all practical aspects of staff labor in accordance with patient care needs and established productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• No travel required.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
