Responsibilities
Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity – Temporary with option to stay permanent. No benefits while in Temp status. $50 payrate.
Gulf Coast Treatment Center is an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for adolescent females, ages 12‑18. Since 1996, we have been dedicated to providing quality mental health treatment to adolescent females with chronic mental health needs nationwide.
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Fort Walton Beach, FL location. The RN will work the 11 p‑7 a shift and be available to cover other days/shifts for requested time off. The RN is the primary care coordinator for the interdisciplinary team, accountable for the implementation of a collaborative care plan as directed by the physician(s) and treatment team. The RN provides leadership in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice, provides medical management and assessment of patients, ensures environmental safety, and works with the treatment team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu.
Availability: 11 p‑7 a – 4 days per week, rotating weekends.

Education:
Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required.
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in a psychiatric health care facility and/or adolescent health care setting preferred.
Licensure:
Currently licensed as a Florida RN.
