Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity
Gulf Coast Treatment Center is an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for adolescent females, ages 12-18. It provides comprehensive mental healthcare and education services for at‑risk female adolescents, families, and the community.
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse for our Fort Walton Beach, FL location. The RN will work a part‑time 3pm‑11pm shift and be available to cover other days/shifts for requested time off. The RN is the primary care coordinator for the interdisciplinary team. Accountable for the implementation of a collaborative care plan as prescribed by the physician(s) and treatment team.
Provides leadership in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting. Provides medical management and assessment of patients. Ensures environmental safety. Works with the treatment team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu.
Availability: 3pm‑11pm every Monday and Friday; every other weekend.

Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required.
Experience: A minimum of two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse in a psychiatric health care facility and/or adolescent health care setting preferred.
Licensure: Currently licensed as a Florida RN.
