- Experience on telemetry floor and knowledge of heart rhythms
- National certification
- Chest tube insertion
- Wound VAC management
- Application of telemetry
- Post cardiac catheterization care
- Drips (Cardizem/Cordarone/NTG) used but not titrated
- Bedside insertion of central line
- Use of BiPAP/high flow O₂
- Rapid response
- Positive personality
- Works independently
- Manages time well
- Understands and can assess and initiate care on PT with change in condition
