- Patient Ratios: 1:5 / 1:6
- Unit staffing description (unit secretaries and tech availability): US, Free Charge, CNAs, Oncology Resource Nurse, Patient Care Coordinator, Nurse Manager, Nurse Director, Unit Case Manager, Pharmacist
- Type of equipment:
Standard vital sign machine; bed/chair alarms; new Centrella beds - Documentation system:
Meditech - Scheduling requirements: minimum 3 shifts per week / rotating weekends & holiday commitments
- Floating policy: subject to floating to other departments
- Patient experience requirements:
Priority focus on personal connections with each patient. Must be an effective communicator with patients/family/care providers.
