Nurse Manager PACU

Job Summary

The PACU Manager ensures high‑quality, patient‑centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the unit/department. The PACU Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma – required
• Bachelor's Degree – preferred
• 3+ years experience in Surgical Services – required
• 1+ years experience in leadership – required
• Current RN license in the state(s) of practice and/or an active compact license – required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) – required
