Job Overview

Envision is seeking a skilled and dedicated CRNA to join the HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital team. This position is a NO-CALL and NO NIGHTS role with half of the weekends and holidays (26 weekends and 3 holidays) along with ten 12‑hour weekday shifts per month.

• Half of the weekends and half of the holidays annually – 26 weekends and 3 holidays
• 10 weekday shifts per month (12‑hour shifts)

Starting salary of $100,000 with an immediate start‑date bonus. Additional benefits include 8 weeks paid time off, an annual retention bonus, relocation assistance, Florida licensure support, continuing medical education, generous time off, 401(k), licensure assistance, and paid malpractice with tail coverage.

• Provide anesthesia care for a broad surgical case mix, including vascular, orthopedic, neurosurgery, cardiothoracic, thoracic, robotic, plastic surgery, gastrointestinal, electrophysiology, MRI, CT, cath laboratory, bronchial lab, pediatric, and other procedures.
• Operate within a collaborative care team model alongside 9 anesthesiologists and 25 CRNAs.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction across all peri‑operative cycles.
• Maintain accurate and compliant anesthesia records and documentation.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRNA.
• Current nursing license and certification as a CRNA.
• Strong clinical judgment, ability to manage a diverse case mix, and excellent communication skills.
