RN Float Pool

Overview

As a Registered Nurse - Float Pool - FT, you will influence patient care through collaboration with your direct manager and participation in hospital councils and nursing initiatives. You will float between several areas across the nursing spectrum to support patient care.

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care by performing nursing assessments and diagnoses
• Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement

• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• BLS-AHA Provider card required within 30 days of start
• 2 years of recent bedside nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN is preferred
