Part‑Time Autonomous Nurse Practitioner (Joint Injection Experience Preferred)

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow‑up visits.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform trigger point injections and ultrasound‑guided joint injections (PRP and Wharton’s jelly stem cell), including knee, shoulder, hip and other musculoskeletal procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with integrative medicine principles.
• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic testing and laboratory results.
• Educate patients on treatment options, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations.

• Current Florida Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
• Florida Autonomous Practice certification preferred.
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Demonstrated experience performing joint injections independently.
• Strong musculoskeletal assessment and clinical decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Experience in integrative, functional, regenerative, or primary care medicine preferred.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

In‑office training will be available for physical examinations (orthopedic tests, etc.).

Joint injection certification available if needed.

• Ultrasound‑guided injections.
• Orthopedic or sports medicine experience.
• Functional or integrative medicine training.
• Experience with regenerative medicine therapies such as PRP and biologics (preferred but not required).
