Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity
Gulf Coast Treatment Center is an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for adolescent females, ages 12-18, located in Fort Walton Beach, FL. The RN will work part-time, 3 days a week, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm shifts, and must be available to cover other days and shifts for requested time off. The RN serves as the primary care coordinator for the interdisciplinary team and is accountable for implementing collaborative care plans as prescribed by physicians and the treatment team.
Responsibilities include providing leadership in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice, managing medical care and patient assessment, ensuring environmental safety, and working with the treatment team to maintain a therapeutic milieu.
Availability
: 3:00 pm–11:00 pm every Monday and Friday and every other weekend.

- Education:
Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required. - Experience:
Minimum two (2) years as a registered nurse in a psychiatric health care facility and/or adolescent health care setting preferred. - Licensure:
Currently licensed as a Florida RN.
