About the Facility
Gulf Coast Treatment Center is an intensive inpatient psychiatric program for adolescent females, ages 12‑18. Since 1996, we have been dedicated to providing quality mental health treatment for adolescent females with chronic mental health needs nationwide. We provide comprehensive mental healthcare and education services for at‑risk female adolescents, families, and our community.
Responsibilities- Registered Nurse for Fort Walton Beach, FL location.
- Work 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. shift with availability to cover other days/shifts as requested.
- Primary care coordinator for the interdisciplinary team.
- Accountable for implementation of collaborative care plan as prescribed by physician(s) and treatment team.
- Provide leadership in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
- Medical management and assessment of patients.
- Ensure environmental safety.
- Work with the treatment team to provide a consistently therapeutic milieu.
Availability to work 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an RN in a psychiatric health care facility and/or adolescent health care setting preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Florida RN.
