RoleLicensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric clients with varying acuity levels, including those with G-tubes, trachs, and vents. Maintain clinical documentation electronically, ensure patient safety, and collaborate with families and healthcare teams. Provide care across different schedules and settings, adapting to patient needs.
Qualifications- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state
- Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed)
- TB skin test within last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred:
Six months of hands-on nursing experience
Compassionate patient care, strong communication, flexibility in scheduling, and adherence to healthcare protocols.
