Role:
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
- Provide high-quality home healthcare to pediatric patients with complex needs, including trach/vent care.
- Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patient safety and wellbeing.
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact license transfer within 90 days if applicable.
- Current CPR certification with hands‑on component; TB test within last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation; prior nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Deliver compassionate, skilled nursing care in home settings.
- Support diverse patient needs, including high-acuity pediatric cases.
- Participate in ongoing training and career development opportunities.
