Our Baylor Program is designed for nurses who want to concentrate their hours into a w
eekend-focused schedule

Baylor schedules can allow qualified employees to work fewer days while still receiving full-time hours or benefits.
- For example, a common Baylor schedule might be:
- Work:
Saturday and Sunday - Hours:
Two 12-hour shifts = 24 hour but paid for 32 hour - Two 16-hour shifts=32 hours but paid for 40 hours

- Providing direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care and long-term care nursing center
- Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
- Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in nursing (ASN)
- RN licensure in the state of practice (or NLC) required.
- CPR Certification Required
