Position Summary
Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services. Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, and providing direction and guidance on member service approaches and techniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines.
Supports the Open Door Policy by participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor, utilizes equipment, merchandising, and completes paperwork logs and other required documentation according to company policies and procedures. Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting and handling, disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
Ensures the sales floor and merchandise presentation comply with company policies, handles claims and returns, zones the area, stocks, arranges, cleans, and organizes merchandise, signs and prices merchandise, identifies shrink and damages, and secures fragile and high‑shrink merchandise. Monitors food and merchandise quality, ensures product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards are followed. Oversees picking and staging of club pickup orders and ensures products are selected and staged according to company policy.
Develops, communicates, and implements processes to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners, analyzing information, monitoring progress, and identifying improvement opportunities. Demonstrates compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, supports and corrects ethical and compliance issues, leads and participates in teams, coordinates work assignments, and models support for change. Acts with integrity, fosters a culture of belonging and respect, motivates and influences, helps others adapt to change, and serves customers and members while delivering results and striving for excellence.

At this position the hourly wage ranges from $21.00 to $29.00, subject to applicable minimum wage.
Minimum Qualifications- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience
- Leading a team and supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others
