Merchandising Lead

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, offering guidance and support regarding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues, and promoting products and services;
Assists management with supervising associates in the area by assigning duties, communicating goals, training on processes, and guiding member service approaches;
Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor, and completes documentation as required;
Maintains safety and cleanliness, conducts safety sweeps, handles hazardous materials per policy, and reports unsafe situations;
Monitors product quality, rotates stock, executes merchandising and display standards, and secures fragile/high-shrink items.
