About the Role
Otter Box is the #1 selling case brand in America, built on the promise “We’ve Got Your Back.” We are looking for a dedicated Otter Box Sales & Training Specialist to be the face of the brand at retail locations, energizing teams, showcasing live demos, and driving sales across a territory of major retailers.
Responsibilities- Bring Otter Box protection to life through live demos and engaging customer conversations that convert browsers into buyers.
- Deliver memorable, high‑energy training sessions that empower retail associates to confidently recommend Otter Box products.
- Position product samples strategically to spark interest and drive sales conversion.
- Build trusted relationships with store associates and managers, turning them into long‑term Otter Box advocates.
- Own sales numbers: drive performance and grow Otter Box market share across your territory.
- Proven ability to influence purchase decisions and achieve sales results.
- Enthusiastic about technology and consumer electronics; a go‑to person for shoppers.
- Minimum 3 years of sales and/or retail experience (wireless retail experience a plus).
- Polished, engaging presence and strong interpersonal skills to connect across all levels.
- Capacity to translate technical durability into customer‑focused benefits.
- Self‑motivated and organized, capable of managing a multi‑store territory independently.
- Full‑time availability of a vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Competitive hourly rate, paid weekly.
- 15% performance incentive based on goal attainment.
- Mileage reimbursement at the full IRS rate for travel within territory.
- Represent the #1 case brand on a high‑visibility national program.
