Experience & Knowledge Requirements
:

• Minimum of 1 year as a SIDO with a minimum of 3 years within AOCs COD or ISRD
• Must have NAF-level experience with AFFOR, MAJCOM Staff experience desired
• Subject matter expert (SME) on ISR with experience coordinating ISR operation activities on behalf of the AOC
• Preferred graduate of USAF AOC ISR IQT course with knowledge in coalition and multi-service collection platforms and processes
• Understanding of ISR operation planning, tasking, execution, and coordination within and outside the AOC
• Must have understanding of all common tools used on an AOC Ops floor with a substantial understanding of the GCCS-13 C2 system focusing upon the interaction between JADOCS, Joint Targeting Toolset (JTT), MIDB, and TBMCS
• Highly desired experience as SIDO role player or participant during multiple operational and tactical exercises
• Must have operational knowledge and experience as SIDO to role play position during operational level exercises or real-world deployments in the last 5 years
• Knowledge of AOC exercises and exercise constructs including Live, Virtual, Constructive, and combinations with knowledge of MSEL processes

Duties
:

• Must know the details of doctrinal AOC ISR cell processes to coordinate and provide situational awareness and predictive battlespace analysis, targeting support, and monitor and adjust ISR employment in support of AOC replication execution and event objectives. Will address the following as required by training audiences needs and replication/white cell participation by external or internal audiences.
• Work closely with the air, space, and cyber “fly out” replication cells to ensure seamless and transparent replication to the training audience during exercise execution.
• Support DT, CSAR, and dynamic ISR operations with intel injects to meet event objectives and ensure proper replication of AF and Joint TTPs.
• Coordinate with AOC RC/white force personnel to ensure event objectives are met.
• May be required to attend conferences to coordinate ISR issues with the event planners.
