We are looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team! In this role, you will perform residential and light commercial maintenance work that may include full painting, touch up paint, drywall, demo, minor maintenance, wood rot, floors, or stairs repair.
You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Significant past experience as a professional maintenance worker is highly preferred and a positive attitude is a must!
Responsibilities- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver's license
- Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
- Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
- Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
- Must be qualified to perform with the use of a ladder, lift
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
