• Install and service high‑efficiency HVAC systems in customers' homes.
• Maintain communication with team and dispatch.

• 2+ years of HVAC experience (or related maintenance role).
• Strong problem‑solving ability and pride in workmanship.

• Safe driving record required – at least 3 years of U.S. driving experience, no major violations in the past 3 years (DUIs, reckless driving, license suspensions), record free of multiple recent moving violations or preventable accidents.
