Dockhand/Service Tech – WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON
We’re a fast-paced watersports company looking for a reliable, hard-working dockhand/service tech to join our crew. Experience is preferred, but we will train the right person who shows up, works hard, and wants to grow with the company.
This isn’t a slow shop job. Our days can be long, busy, and sometimes a little crazy – but if you take pride in your work and want to build a real future in the marine industry, this could be a great fit.
What We’re Looking For- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Small engine or marine experience preferred
- Welding experience a plus
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional late nights
- Team player with a good attitude
- Pay $15-$18/hour, based on experience
- Hands-on training and mentorship
- Opportunity to grow with a growing company
