TEL Staffing is looking for a skilled & dependable Construction Maintenance Technician to work with a trusted construction company that serves Okaloosa County and the surrounding areas. The company specializes in building & remodeling both residential homes & commercial structures, including custom homes, renovations, and commercial projects. They are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship & reliable maintenance services, while maintaining strong relationships with their clients.
POSITION SUMMARY:The Construction Maintenance Technician position involves performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks, across multiple job sites.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform routine maintenance & punch list items.
- Basic carpentry work.
- Basic plumbing repairs & installations.
- Basic electrical wiring & troubleshooting.
- Maintain a SAFE and CLEAN work environment.
- Interact professionally with clients.
- Must have a VALID driver's license.
- Must have your own RELIABLE transportation (as you willneed to commute between work sites).
- Must have your own basic hand tools.
- Must be Detail-Oriented AND take pride in a job "Well-Done".
- Minimum of at least ONE(1) year
of maintenance experience is preferred but NOT required.
Starting Pay Rate is $20+/hr. (Based on your CURRENT level of experience)
BENEFITS:- Benefits (such as Health Insurance, PTO, Etc.) may be available after completion of the temp period.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
