The Big Task

The Fleet Manager oversees all Peaden fleet operations across multiple locations, including personnel, vehicles, and vendor relationships. You will serve as the primary contact for all fleet-related matters.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and deploy fleet personnel across multiple locations.

  • Develop and enforce fleet policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

  • Prepare and present operational and expense reports.

  • Coordinate with managers and vendors to schedule fleet maintenance.

  • Inspect, inventory, and track company vehicles.

  • Keep fleet vehicles clean and operational.

  • Transport vehicles between branches and vendor locations.

  • Install and maintain GPS devices.

  • Support service managers and dispatch with scheduling.

  • Oversee delivery of inventory to job sites.

  • Handle general office tasks; working knowledge of Microsoft 365 is a plus.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven fleet management experience, including oversight at multiple locations.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to regularly lift/move 10–50 lbs and occasionally over 100 lbs.

  • Comfortable with standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crawling when needed.

  • Skills in inventory, equipment maintenance, data entry, and computer systems.

  • Positive, motivated, and adaptable personality.

  • Valid/current driver's license.

  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
