Home Recovery Home Aid seeks a Registered Nurse to perform initial and periodic assessments for admissions and ongoing home care, determining client needs and outcomes. Assessments may include OASIS items when appropriate.
The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care, develop physician-approved care plans, conduct treatments, monitor changes in status, and educate patients and families on medications and procedures. On-call duties and weekend visits are included.
