Accountant, Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

Ready to join a growing construction company with 50 years of success? Our client is expanding their accounting team and looking for an Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll help ensure payroll, reporting, and accounting processes run smoothly and accurately.

• Process and reconcile payroll for ~160 employees, including tax with holdings and filings
• Support core accounting functions such as general ledger, AP/AR, billing, and job costing
• Review invoices, resolve discrepancies, and manage vendor/contractor payments
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist with AIA contract billings, collections, and month-/year-end close
• Contribute to audits, reporting, financial analysis, and process improvements
• Help with special projects that support overall operations

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of construction accounting experience (Sage 300 CRE a plus)
• Payroll processing and strong GL/AP/AR/billing knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Solid Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
