ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST Fully Onsite and Full Time
$45,760 - $52,000 We are partnered with a well-established and growing manufacturing organization that is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the full AP process, improving process and systems, as well as supporting accounting operations.
Responsibilities of Accounts Payable Specialist Process high-volume AP invoices including data entry and 3-way matching
Monitor and manage AP inbox and coordinate with internal teams and vendors
Assist with check runs, payment processing, and disbursements
Investigate discrepancies and vendor management
Qualifications of Accounts Payable Specialist
3+ years Accounts Payable experience in manufacturing environments
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting processes
Experience with ERP systems and Excel
