Accounts Payable Administrator — Salary: $50,000 - $55,000;

• Process weekly trade and freight invoices and disbursements
• Ensure accurate coding, approvals, and ledger postings
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
• Audit employee travel and expense reports for policy compliance
• Generate cash requirement reports and process payments
• Maintain records storage and supporting documentation

• Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years supporting accounting or finance functions
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work accurately in a high-volume invoice environment
