The Senior Corporate Accountant plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial reporting. This position is responsible for preparing and reviewing journal entries, completing monthly general ledger reconciliations, and performing financial analyses that support informed business decisions.

What you'll be doing
  • Prepare monthly journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and coordinate fixed asset accounting activities.
  • Compile management reports, including monthly operations slides, and prepare analyses to support decision‑making.
  • Compile, maintain, load, and analyze financial information.
  • Support the business through ERP knowledge and system maintenance.
  • Assist with technical accounting matters as needed.
  • Participate in the month‑end close process and general ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist with administration of the employee expense reporting system.
  • Complete management reports and analyses as needed.
  • Assist with the completion of interim and annual external and internal audits.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives.

  • Uses noncomplex machines and equipment (adding machines, calculators, copy/fax machines, etc.).
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance, or a related field (required).
  • Three to five years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (required).
  • CPA (preferred).
Computer Skills
  • Advanced:
    Accounting, alphanumeric data entry, payroll systems, spreadsheet, word processing/typing.
  • Intermediate: 10-key.
  • Basic:
    Database.
Certificates and Licenses
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (preferred).
