Shambaugh & Son, L.P. is looking for a Billing Specialist in Fort Wayne, Indiana. In this role, you will assist in all areas of the Billing Department, ensuring deadlines are met and work is performed efficiently. Essential duties include interacting with Project Managers for timely billings, maintaining billing logs using AS400, and assisting supervisors with job submittals and inventory management.

An Associate Degree in Finance or Business is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel.
