We're partnering with a growing, project-based company in Northwestern Ohio that's looking for a hands-on Controller to help strengthen cash flow, improve financial processes, and support company growth. If you enjoy solving problems, building efficiencies, and partnering with leadership, this is an opportunity where your expertise will be valued.
What You Will Do- Lead cash flow forecasting and financial analysis
- Own month-end close and leadership reporting
- Mentor and develop a small accounting team
- Improve processes, reporting, and Net Suite utilization
- Drive Percentage-of-Completion (POC) accounting and support key business decisions
- Controller or senior accounting leadership experience
- Strong Percentage-of-Completion (POC) accounting knowledge
- Net Suite experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Passion for improving systems and processes
Construction, manufacturing, or job-shop experience is a plus.
