Key Responsibilities for the Accountant:

• Perform bank and balance sheet reconciliations across multiple entities
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Execute monthly close processes and meet strict reporting deadlines
• Investigate and resolve variances, providing actionable insights
• Partner with operational leaders to support financial performance

Qualifications for the Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience with financial reporting exposure
• Strong reconciliation and month-end close experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
