We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join a busy healthcare finance team. This is a fast-paced role where you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure physician payment requests, accounting documentation, and financial records are accurate and complete.

• Review physician payment requests and supporting documentation
• Validate contracts, signatures, and required approvals
• Prepare payment files for Accounts Payable
• Assign and verify General Ledger (GL) coding
• Complete Excel upload templates
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with petty cash audits and monthly reconciliations
• Work closely with physicians, AP, Finance, and leadership

• Experience in healthcare accounting, medical billing, accounts payable, or finance
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Experience working in a high-volume environment
• Strong knowledge of GL coding or accounting processes
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Hospital or physician practice experience
• Oracle or ERP system experience
• Month-end accounting or reconciliation experience
• Accounts Payable experience
