• Be the organization's subject matter expert for manufacturing cost accounting and cost management strategy.
• Deliver actionable insights that improve profitability, operational performance, and informed decision-making.
• Build strong partnerships across finance and operational teams to align financial objectives with business goals.
• Identify opportunities to modernize processes, strengthen controls, and improve reporting capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of finance, accounting, or related experience, including at least 6 years within a manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience and 5+ years of analytical and process improvement experience.
• MBA, master's degree, and/or CMA certification preferred.
• Experience utilizing Power Bi is highly preferred
