Manufacturing Controller

Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight & Reporting:
  Lead the financial closing cycles and deliver detailed financial reports to senior management.
• Corporate Accounting:
  Manage general accounting functions, monitor cash flow, and coordinate external audits.
• Multi-Entity & Cost Management:
  Oversee multiple entity financial records and manage cost accounting systems.
• Operational Analysis:
  Analyze departmental performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Administrative Management:
  Handle corporate risk management and benefits administration.
• Team Leadership:
  Supervise and develop accounting and purchasing teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA/CMA certification preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years in financial leadership within manufacturing.
• At least 10 years in cost accounting and corporate finance.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with ERP systems and fixed asset software.
• ERP implementation experience a plus.
• Seeking candidates willing to commute to Fort Wayne.
