Corporate AccountantSalary: $100K - $110K
Location: 100% Onsite. Open to candidates within a reasonable commute range of company headquarters.

• Take on a Corporate Accountant position designed for someone who wants ownership, autonomy, and meaningful responsibility.
• Own full-cycle project accounting from setup through closeout.
• Manage job costing, customer billing, AIA billings, retainage, and revenue recognition.
• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and month-end close support.
• Process weekly payroll, labor allocations, payroll reconciliations, and related reporting.
• Partner with Operations and Project Management teams to support project profitability and financial reporting.
• Mentor accounting staff and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• Strong experience in general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and fixed assets.
• Experience with job cost accounting, WIP reporting, payroll, and project-based accounting environments.
• Construction accounting experience Strongly Preferred, including exposure to AIA billing and project financial reporting.
