Corporate Accountant
Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 + Discretionary Bonus

- Own full-cycle project accounting from project setup through closeout.
- Manage job costing, customer billing, AIA billings, retainage, and revenue recognition activities.
- Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and month-end close support.
- Process weekly payroll and maintain accurate labor costing and payroll reporting.
- Partner with operations and project management teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Mentor less experienced accounting staff and help improve departmental processes and workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
- Strong general ledger and GAAP accounting experience.
- Experience with job costing, account reconciliations, journal entries, fixed assets, and payroll.
