Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

Key Responsibilities for the General Accountant:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and oversee month-end close activities.
• Manage general ledger, account reconciliations, fixed assets, and depreciation.
• Process payroll, payroll taxes, and related compliance reporting.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and banking activities.
• Administer insurance programs and support select HR-related functions.
• Provide financial oversight and reporting support to ownership.

Qualifications for the General Accountant:

• 5+ years of progressive, full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience preparing financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Payroll experience, including payroll tax exposure.
• Knowledge of Indiana withholding tax requirements preferred.
