- Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q, and 8‑K
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process
- Oversee financial consolidations across multiple entities and business units
- Partner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
- Support SOX compliance and internal control initiatives
- Research and apply technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP
- Prepare executive‑level financial reports and presentations
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members
- Participate in special projects and strategic finance initiatives
- Active CPA required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Public accounting experience strongly preferred
- Current or recent Manager/Senior Manager experience preferred
- Experience supporting publicly traded companies
- Strong knowledge of:
- SEC Reporting
- U.S. GAAP
- Financial Consolidations
- SOX Compliance
- Internal Controls
- Technical Accounting Research
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
