$130,000 – $150,000 Base Salary + 40% Target Bonus
Total Compensation Potential: Approximately $180,000 – $210,000

• Lead the preparation and review of SEC filings, including Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q, and 8‑K
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process
• Oversee financial consolidations across multiple entities and business units
• Partner with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
• Support SOX compliance and internal control initiatives
• Research and apply technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP
• Prepare executive‑level financial reports and presentations
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members
• Participate in special projects and strategic finance initiatives

• Active CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Current or recent Manager/Senior Manager experience preferred
• Experience supporting publicly traded companies
• Strong knowledge of:
  • SEC Reporting
  • U.S. GAAP
  • Financial Consolidations
  • SOX Compliance
  • Internal Controls
  • Technical Accounting Research
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
